SUN PROPERTIES was established in 2005 by Lucia Jochelson, the sole proprietor, as a small estate agency in Swakopmund.  It had quickly grown to such an extent that it now operates from town centre as one of the leading Estate Agencies at the coast.

We also specialize in the rentals of properties and take the greatest care to ensure that the property of the owner is at all times treated as if it were our own whilst simultaneously ensuring that the lessee is getting good value for his monthly rental.  Potential tenants are screened by way of a questionnaire allowing us to evaluate their credibility before any recommendations are made to the owner.  The prompt collection of monthly rentals, organizing the maintenance of the leased property as the need arises and attending to the general day-to-day issues is what we regard as standard practice involving any rental.
